Research is critical for the evolution of healthcare and I am a passionate advocate with a drive to serve! Process improvement and analysis is my jam. You will find me an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated professional. I hold a Master of Public Administration degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Public Management, and my ASQ Certified Quality Auditor certification. I have trained in LEAN Six Sigma. I have contributed to positive business outcomes throughout my career through organization, prioritization, and follow-through on key organizational projects. There is a delicate balance that must be achieved when solving complex dilemmas. KPIs must be achieved with sensitivity to resources, consideration for the end customer (boots on the ground), and finding the appropriate solution rather than applying a quick fix. My favorite phrase is "Teamwork makes the dream work!". The other is "If you didn't document it, it didn't happen". I have extensive experience with regulatory compliance, research, and audit, as well as excellent communication style, both written and verbal, and leadership skills. In quality (particularly with CAPAs), the goal is not to find problems or point fingers. It is to make an organization the best it can be. Critical thinking and collaboration are essential to that goal. Company culture is something that I have always strived to be active in, and I currently serve as an administrator in my company's book club, employee newsletter, and culture committee.
