About Brandy Nicolas

I have been in retail Management for the past 8 years, enabling me to grow as a strong leader. I am great with problem solving, which has enabled me to work quickly and accurately. I have recruited, hired and trained over 50 sales associates and about 20 store managers and assistances. Since I have spent the last decade in retail which I learned how to approach, identifying needs and wants, and closing sales, all to build clientele. I have knowledge in conversion, units per transaction, average dollar sales, role playing, loss prevention audits, and merchandising just to name a few. Along with being a leader in the stores I have worked at, I was also in charge of a back to school drive when I was part of the Army National Guard. This gave me a strong sense of leadership along with the drive to help people.
