About Brandy Shelar

As a dedicated customer service professional with a background in hands-on assistance and team leadership, I value continued education and strive to learn something new every day. My passion for cultivating positive customer experiences began at a young age when I entered the workforce and discovered the importance of building a professional relationship with clients through hard work and empathy. I went from cleaning cars at the age of 16 to running a food line to managing a call center. I've taken the skills I learned at the beginning of my career working at a car wash, and adapted them to training new representatives to converse with clients. My goal is to constantly improve the way we communicate with our internal and external clients. I feel strongly about building everybody to be the best person they can be. I enjoy getting to know each of my team members and helping them develop professionally. I want to leave a positive impact on everyone I interact with, whether it is helping them learn something they didn't know or discovering a different outlook on life. I'm known for my sense of humor around the office and don't shy away from a good-bad pun, dad jokes are my signature.
