About Brandy Spray

I am currently the Director of Business Services (aka CBO) for Lemoore Union High School District, where I oversee multiple areas including Budget, Payroll, and all areas of Business Services. With over 10 years of experience in various positions with the County of Tulare, including the Probation Department and County Administrative Office, and 7+ years with Visalia Unified as an Internal Auditor and Payroll Supervisor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my current role. In addition to my professional work, I have always felt a need to help others and give back to my community. I volunteer my time with the local Girl Scouts and serve on a Non-Profit Board for a local program within Tulare County. I also enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing hobbies such as photography and Equestrian sports. While building my family and career, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Fresno State. I am committed to ongoing learning and attend professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on changes in regulations, rules, and California Education codes. I am an enterprising, hard-working, and technically skilled professional known for managing functions with critical attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. I am passionate about expanding my experience in leadership with a well-established organization and am confident that my skills, experience, and commitment to helping others make me a valuable asset to any team.
