I have 20+ years of experience in storytelling, advocacy, and engagement—across both the nonprofit and corporate worlds. My goal? Making messages that matter by building real connections that inspire action. I currently lead Internal Communications, working closely with our leaders and teams across the company to ensure employees stay informed, inspired, and engaged. That means everything from global town halls to strategic messaging and education programs that equip our people with the insights they need to do their best work. I’ve led employee political advocacy efforts for major organizations—developing engagement plans for thousands and helping raise millions for PACs. I’m an ICF-certified leadership coach, helping people define their goals and achieve them. I believe in problem-solving, transparency, and transformation—because the best opportunities often come from the biggest challenges.
