About Bransen Simper

My first internship for construction was with Pentalon Construction. This was a great learning experience for me. Some highlights from my internship consisted of being trusted to record accurate meeting minutes while attending owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination meetings. I quickly became familiar with jobsite safety including attending weekly safety meetings and maintaining and replacing safety rails to ensure compliance. I managed temporary laborers in following daily cleanup policies. I developed relationships with subcontractors to discuss company policies and quality control. I was given responsibility to open and close site following safety and security protocol. My other work experience consisted of being a welder for 2 years. The highlights for that job consisted of being quickly promoted to a leadership position and excelled at managing inventory, training new employees and following a schedule. I learned and excelled at the three processes of welding to produce unique custom truck roof racks along with side by side and UTV fabrication. I earned a reputation for staying ahead of schedule by training new employees how to weld and fabricate products properly. I Balanced work and school life to finance my education. I am looking for an Internship in commercial or high end residential construction. I would like to obtain a contractors license along with real estate license. I am driven to learn and progress in all aspects of my life.
