About Branson Hagerty

Be it by phone, e-mail or face to face contact I have been confronted and successfully resolved an array of customer, client and coworker issues. The ability to calmly and methodically discover the source of an issue and resolve it while simultaneously keeping the customer calm despite the stress level of the situation is a trait in which I take great pride. Each of my prior positions has necessitated the acquisition of new technical and diverse business knowledge. Off the shelf or proprietary, I’ve always taken the time to learn the essentials of a new piece of equipment or software package, and have delved deeper into its workings when required. I majored in Film for a reason: I am at the core a very creative person. While this attribute has not played a role in the production of a major motion picture, I apply it constantly in my everyday life. Can a product, procedure or system be made stronger, better or more efficient? To answer such a question requires creativity – as well as enough common sense to know when something doesn’t require any changes at all.
