Background

About Branson Kocher

At an early age, growing up on a small farm in rural Kansas, several values were instilled in me - a strong work ethic, development of a problem-solving mindset and honing my ability to engineer and build to achieve goals. They were crucial to the success of our family operation. This background, along with my love of math and science, guided me to a degree path in Construction Science and Management at Kansas State University. Since graduating and beginning work in the field as a full-time construction management professional, I have worked on projects in a variety of sectors - healthcare, education, government, and industrial. My high attention to detail and relentless problem-solving attitude has allowed me to coordinate and implement processes such as prefabrication, BIM coordination, and quality control to maximize the productivity of projects. The construction industry allows me to capitalize on the strengths of my rural up bringing while applying my education. I enjoy approaching the everyday challenges we face in construction, because of my interests in math and science and an excitement for the complexities involved in construction.
