Brant McWilliams serves as the General Manger for the country’s premier commercial tent & structure company, Traube Tents & Structures. Brant has over ten years of experience in the special event and sports management industry combined with eight years of B2B sales experience. More than eight years of Brant’s event management experience is a direct result of his time with the United States Golf Association (USGA), where he was the Operations Manager for the U.S. Open Golf Championship. He helped deliver sustainable growth for the Championship and was part of the three highest attended U.S. Open’s in history. During Brant’s tenure with the USGA, he played a key role in the planning, organization, and execution of logistics and operations of nine U.S. Open Championships. In his position, Brant assumed numerous roles and responsibilities including developing and maintaining a variety of top level programs that directly improved operational effectiveness and efficiencies. Prior to joining the Aztec team Brant, was a team member of Churchill Downs Entertainment where he served as the day-to-day operations manager for the HullabaLOU Music Festival and team leader for a two-city food & wine festival (Fork, Cork & Style) tour, headlined by Emeril Lagasse. Brant is a veteran of high-level, large scale golf & entertainment events. He is a detail-oriented individual with established problem solving skills and the ability to drive revenue, motivate team members, remain target-focused and consistently exceed expectations. As General Manager, Brant oversees all sales and operations for the company. His experiences include managing a team of industry leading professionals, developing new clients, providing best in class customer service and growing market share. A native of Pinehurst, N.C, Brant graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, S.C, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management.
