About Bratu Aurelian

Over 16 years’ experience on IT functional domain, mainly on SAP for Retail area, concerning activities of Project management, Business Analyses, Functional Analyses and Integration. Multiple projects delivered on time from domains like: Pricing, Assortment, Supply Chain, Master Data. On technical side, I deliver and help delivering, projects like SAP Migration, SAP Upgrade, SAP Monitoring Tool, SAP Authorization Review. Finally, but not less relevant, I deliver and was part on multiple projects concerning legacy applications that where integrated with SAP, application which were in scope of decommissioning and for which, all business processes and functionalities where completely re-designed and implemented in SAP or to other new software integrated with SAP. During this entire period, I had the opportunity to work closely with very interesting profiles, like Solution Architects, ABAP / Web-Dynpro Developers, SAP Consultant (MM, SD, FI-CO) and SAP Basis Admin’s, experience that help and facilitate developing and improving my knowledge about SAP system and skills around Project Management, Team Lead, Solution design and Business & Functional analyses. Planning, organization, offering support on creating Business Requirement documents, writing Functional Specification documents, planning and leading discovery meetings and workshops, staying in close contact with business, sometimes, follow the processes with them for better understanding, planning and organizing solutions deployments and new sites opening's, sprinkled over them good communication and team management, were active parts of my activity.
