In 2004, I joined the Margaritaville team looking for that special attribute that a company finds when the right people, culture, and atmosphere comes together. Starting as an opening team member for Myrtle Beach, I have worked my way up through the various levels and positions over a period of about ten years. In January of 2010, I signed on as a Restaurant Manager with a passion to drive people, sales and profit while maintaining the original culture that I found on day one. Presently, I influence approximately 275 staff members on a seasonal basis and responsible for a high volume capacity restaurant of over 500 seats.
