About Bray Harris

I am a skilled professional with executive-level experience. Most recently, I have worked with Louisiana Department of Health in Office of Public Health. My experiences have included direct support and interaction with Bureau Directors, Medical Directors, Deputy Assistant Secretaries, and other senior leadership. I am detail-oriented. I spent years abstracting (performing title research at local Clerks of Court) and negotiating with Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development in the Office of Engineering-Real Estate Section. I am an Intelligence Officer in Louisiana Army National Guard. As a trained Spanish Linguist and Human Intelligence Collector, my military skills complement my civilian employment and employability. I will forever be indebted to the Louisiana National Guard (and its Servicemembers) for the many opportunities of professional and personal growth. The leadership training has been exceptional.
