Background

About Brayden Perry

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, I’ve always been driven by competition and growth, both on the soccer field and in my career. After playing goalkeeper my whole life, I finished my collegiate soccer career at Scottsdale Community College, where I also earned my Associate’s degree in Cybersecurity. I’ve since transitioned from IT into my current role as a Dynamics Engineer at Haydon, where I help streamline processes, solve problems, and support digital transformation across the company. This role has sharpened my technical and business skills while giving me firsthand experience working with teams and clients. What sets me apart is the blend of technical expertise and people skills. Soccer taught me discipline, adaptability, and leadership, the same qualities I bring into the workplace when collaborating, presenting solutions, and driving results. Looking ahead, my goal is to grow into a sales career, combining my technical foundation with my passion for building relationships, delivering value, and helping organizations achieve their goals.
