With over two decades of dedicated service in the field of education, I have established a profound career rooted deeply within Iona College, Brisbane. Beginning my journey as a Primary School Teacher at St Joseph's Gregory Terrace in 2008, I have progressively ascended through various pivotal roles at Iona College, including Deputy Director of Sport (Junior School) and Head of Primary. Since 2020, I have been serving as the Dean of Oblate Identity and Community, a role that leverages my extensive expertise and passion for educational leadership.A member of the Executive Leadership Team for seven years, I am recognised for my strategic insights and effective team leadership across all aspects of college life. My capabilities extend beyond leadership, deeply engaging in advancing the college's mission and vision through dynamic communication and innovative leadership strategies. My ongoing education, including a Masters of Educational Leadership at the University of Notre Dame, underpins my commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.Respected for my strong communication skills and strategic expertise, I have a proven track record of building and leading high functioning teams that contribute to the college’s respected reputation.
