Social Media Manager for Uncle Ray's Chips, developing and strengthening my skills in copywriting, content creation, digital strategy and influencer relations while increasing awareness for the brand and building a community around the brand's core values. Graduate with a Bachelor of Journalism in Strategic Communications, a Minor in Business and a Multicultural Studies Certificate from the University of Missouri School of Journalism. Passionate about storytelling, branding and strategic communication, with experience in copywriting, PR, digital media and social media strategy. Previously the Strategic Communications Specialist at the Rural Health Research Center, MU School of Medicine, where I created infographics, collaborated with media outlets and supported grant-driven communication efforts. Other roles included Copywriter for MOJO Ad’s NASA Artemis campaign, where I conducted market research and developed creative copy, as well as Marketing Intern at SuretyBonds.com. I also served as Podcast Guest Manager at Axia Public Relations, where I recruited industry experts and created content on cybersecurity and social media trends for two years. A dedicated leader, I’ve served as VP of Finance for Mizzou PRSSA, participated in pro bono NIL strategy projects and contributed to the Journalism Ambassador program as a Senior Journalism Ambassador. Eager to further develop my expertise in copywriting, digital media and strategic communication while combining creativity, strategy and storytelling in every project I take on.
