I am a dedicated professional in higher education with a focus on supporting veteran and military-affiliated students. My expertise lies in certifying enrollment for VA educational benefits and ensuring that students are fully informed about their eligibility and available resources. I take pride in guiding students through the complexities of application procedures and degree requirements while developing and implementing continuity plans for military PLA awards. Compliance with VA regulations and institutional policies is a priority for me, and I work diligently to maintain accurate records and timely submissions to the VA. Staying updated on changes in VA policies is essential to my role, and I regularly audit enrollment and certification data to ensure accuracy. My passion is empowering veteran and military students to achieve their educational goals, helping them navigate their unique journeys with confidence.
