About Bre Wittgen

I'm a hospitality enthusiast with a knack for creating standout guest experiences and building strong, dynamic teams. Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in luxury resorts, where I’ve managed and mentored teams of up to 50 people, helping to shape the next generation of hospitality leaders. I’m proud to have been named Leader of the Month four times—April 2018, May 2020, March 2022, and December 2023—which I think speaks to my commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment. Now, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, I love the challenge of finding top-notch talent. I’m all about discovering creative ways to recruit and making sure we have a strong pipeline of great candidates. Working closely with hiring managers to match the right people with the right roles is something I take pride in, and it’s been key to our success. I started my journey as a server at the Emerald Lounge and worked my way up to Assistant Outlet Manager, and eventually, Outlet Manager. Those hands-on roles taught me the ins and outs of providing exceptional service and managing diverse teams, and they’re experiences I draw on every day in my current role.
