About Brea Scow

I am a Structural Technician at VAA, specializing in creating detailed designs for commercial buildings and developing 3D models for both new and existing structures. My role demands precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work—skills that I bring to every project. I also contribute to the creative community as a producer and host for SlamCast, a podcast by Slam Academy in Northeast Minneapolis. Through engaging interviews, we explore the creative processes of artists and how they navigate the challenges of promoting themselves in today’s world. In addition to my technical career, I manage and lead Fairy Boat, a five-piece RnB band blending soulful melodies with hip-hop influences. As the lead singer and songwriter, I craft music that resonates with emotion and authenticity. Based in the Twin Cities, Fairy Boat is working on recording its debut EP and sharing our sound with local audiences. Beyond music and design, I am a visual artist with an online store, The Magnetic Aesthetic, where I showcase contemporary psychedelic designs inspired by the movements of nature and the circle of life. My art comes to life through prints on fabric and paper, offering unique, wearable creations and decor. Across all these endeavors, I am driven by a passion for creativity, connection, and excellence, whether I’m designing structures, crafting music, producing engaging content, or creating art that inspires.
