I am a distinguished and accomplished professional in the field of behavior analysis, with a career spanning over two decades. With a multitude of accomplishments ranging from academic excellence to pivotal roles in organizational leadership, my journey is a testament to my unwavering commitment to advancing the field and enhancing the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through evidence-based practices. I am passionate about unifying the care of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities by establishing systems in which all healthcare providers can unite care goals and initiatives. My efforts to improve the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities have earned me a reputation as a compassionate and dedicated practitioner. Over the years, I have assumed pivotal roles as Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Operations Officer. My thoughtful and compassionate leadership skills enabled me to drive organizational growth while maintaining a steadfast focus on the welfare of patients and the professional development of colleagues. I have been deeply involved in shaping the behavior analysis landscape by recognizing the importance of setting industry standards and fostering professional growth. This is evidenced by serving many years as an Ethics Coach for the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB), and most recently serving as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the BACB. I am proud to have the opportunity to serve in these roles, as they are positions bestowed upon those with exceptional expertise and dedication. Serving in this capacity allows me to play an instrumental role in defining certification requirements, ethical guidelines, and best practices, ensuring the field's integrity and the continued delivery of high-quality services. I am dedicated to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in behavior analysis and have published on the topics of innovative fieldwork supervision models, meaningful training of Registered Behavior Technicians, the development of an organizational Advisory Board. Additionally, I have spoken nationally on topics such as supervision, healthcare integration, leadership, and operational efficiencies – content that has ignited conversations that have driven positive change within the behavior analysis community. I strive to be a visionary leader and healthcare advocate to transform the field of behavior analysis through innovation, ethics, and compassion.
