About Bree Kunzel

Bree Kunzel fell in love with Real Estate while working with Oregon State University Construction and Design where she earned her BA in Construction Engineering Management. After graduation, Bree worked with Kiewit, a Fortune 500 construction and engineering organization where she was part of the civil team of the ES CSO Tunnel Project in Portland. Bree also worked for industry leader FDT Inc, where she participated in the U.S. Capitol Dome and the U.S. Capitol Power Plant restoration projects. Bree is a decorated veteran: as a member of the National Guard, she served on the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Weapon Enhanced Response Team and attended Incident Command Systems (ICS) training. She was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Army Ribbon and nominated for Soldier of the Year in 2015. Bree is a focused and strategic negotiator. She brings to her Real Estate practice discipline, loyalty, and an extreme attention to detail. Bree’s established history of service and professional diplomacy gives her clients confidence in her ability to boldly advocate on their behalf. Bree lives in the Potomac area with her husband, two daughters and 4-year-old French Bulldog “Marty”.
