About Brenan House

I have been in management for the past 10 years specially in customer service, claims, sales, training, and product development. I've most recently been with Mitchell International as a Client Programs Manager responsible for high-level relationship management and coordinating with clients and internal teams during delivery and through the life of IT business solutions.Previously I was a Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster with Wawanea Insurance handling moderate to high complexity claims from inception to settlement. Prior to my time with Wawanesa I worked as a Regional sales and marketing manager with Anchor General Insurance driving product development and underwriting performance by building strong working relationships with customers and broker/producer/agents. Before that I was a Claims/Service Supervisor with GEICO Auto Insurance where I managed the day to day operations of a 15 person team in a fast paced, call center environment. Also working as a trainer and mentor through out my time was very rewarding and often ended months in top ranks in my department.
