About Brenda Bailey

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and executive director of clinical services for inpatient and residential levels of care at Rogers Behavioral Health. Prior to my current role, I was the supervising psychologist of OCD and Anxiety Adult Residential Care in Oconomowoc WI, providing clinical supervision and training that promoted evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, and depression. More recently, I am a clinical supervisor of adult inpatient eating disorders teams. Additioanlly, I am working with talented psychologists to develop a process-based CBT adult residential program to offer evidence-based clinical care to a broader range of concerns. This program looks to identify underlying problematic psychological processes (rather than relying on only a diagnosis) to develop an adaptive treatment plan. We hope to cut across diagnoses to offer flexible, individualized, and science-based care. I belong to the International OCD Foundation, Association for Behavioral Cognitive Therapies, and American Psychological Association. Along with my clinical interests in evidence-based treatment, I am actively engaged in outcomes research and clinical protocol development. I am committed to fostering quality education and training in evidence-based care and empirically supported treatments to the next generations of mental health treatment providers by facilitating Rogers’ partnership with local universities and the APA accredited doctoral internship.
