About Brenda Baker

I am currently a professional real estate agent with National Realty Centers in Clarkston, MI. My areas of expertise are Oakland and Macomb Counties. Not only have I sold many homes in those areas, but I have lived in many of these communities as well. I attribute my frequent moving as a job hazard.it's hard to resist when you see so many great properties! Along with being a Realtor, I spent 18 years as the owner of a multi-store retail business. I have experience in everything from writing a business plan to rezoning a commercial property. Whenever I encounter a problem, I am known for my ability to find a reliable and intelligent solution. I excel at negotiation, communication, marketing and promotion and have an exceptional ability to really hone in on what my clients want and need. Real estate has always been my first love. I really enjoy working with people to find them their dream home. At first they are clients, but in the end, they become friends. It's always a great day to buy or sell real estate and it's always a great day to make new friends while sharing in their excitement of buying or selling a home.
