Hello! I continue to perform as an IT Senior Program Manager, Executive Consultant with an emphasis on IT system upgrades & integration at the enterprise level. My goal is to develop the skilled individuals I'm given into a high performing team that is motivated to find the best possible outcome. I bring 20+years of proven abilities mentoring direct & indirect reports, enhancing vendor relationships, guiding peer to peer learning opportunities, and establishing respected relationships with senior leadership. I have a unique ability to look across large systems and identify both the critical few & opportunities for improvement by understanding the critical system points, processes, interdependencies across functional boundaries and impacts from emerging trends. I am accustomed to performing in fast paced environments which require rapid adaptation as new information comes to light. Bridging the gap between business and technical considerations is important in order to achieve strategic goals. 20 years' experience provides a high degree of expertise in budgetary accountability across multiple projects & cross functional portfolios for monthly tracking and annual planning. My proven ability to guide stakeholders through the Cost Benefit analysis & ROI has a strong emphasis on increasing portfolio value in alignment with organizational goals. I believe my experience launching a PMO and championing standardization / change control process in alignment with the greater needs of the organization is a critical part of project management.
