I am a passionate and knowledgeable design manager with more than 20 years of Retail / Management experience. I obtained my National Diploma Interior Design from the Technikon of Witwatersrand which has complemented my practical experience to date. An accomplished and well-established individual with a focus on coordinating and delivering people solutions within a complex multicultural environment. Since the beginning of my career, I have developed and strengthened my skills and knowledge base through courses and on-the-job experience. An excellent individual that adheres to all company policies and drives safety diligently. From customer satisfaction and delivery targets, always remaining KPI focused. Possessing a consistent track record with previous companies, and successfully executed and completed all tasks that are handed down and well within the tight time scales given. A personal belief system of integrity and honesty, as this is a guide that allows me to give 100% on-time all the time. Keeping abreast of the technology changes in this industry and always willing to go the extra mile puts me ahead of the pack. To obtain a position as a Design Manager where I can use my strong passion for Management, together with skills and experience that will enable me to make a difference.
