About Brenda Cates

I have over four years of experience in customer success, account management, and care coordination, with a passion for empowering champions. I help customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of software solutions. My core competencies include communication, team leadership, organizational effectiveness, and client advocacy. I cultivate strong, trusting relationships with my customers, conduct regular executive-level briefings, and track and assess their performance against key indicators. I also collaborate with account teams and product managers to provide feedback and insights from the customers' perspective. My mission is to enhance customer satisfaction, stimulate adoption, and increase retention and reference-ability. Creativity flows through me as well! I've successfully grown one of my Instagram accounts to 22.2k followers, and enjoy making reels on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Additionally, I co-host a delightfully informal podcast with my husband, where we actively engage with our dedicated Instagram followers.
