BRENDA G. COREY Summary Brenda Corey is the senior vice president compliance & regulatory and Americas chief privacy officer for Sedgwick. She joined Sedgwick in January after serving four years as legal affairs manager for Wang’ International, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to joining Wang’s International, Brenda worked in the legal department of Fred’s, Inc. and the law firms of Baker Donelson in Memphis and Merchant & Gould in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Brenda is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and serves as a co-chair for the IAPP Memphis KnowledgeNet. She is a member of the Securities and Insurance Licensing Association and served as a charter member of the adjuster license steering committee. She is the past president, and secretary/treasurer of the American Association of Independent Claims Professionals (AAICP). She served as a member of the international committee of the IAIABC. She serves as a board member of the West Tennessee Regional Arts Center (WTRAC) and volunteers with the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival and her local church.
