Started in the Mortgage Industry back in 2005 and worked myself up to a Mortgage Broker. Got out of the Mortgage Industry back in 2007 due to a divorce, I am now ready to rock and roll. I am in process of getting my Mortgage Broker License back, in the mean time I am working as a Loan Officer for Freedom Mortgage. My goal in to make the American dream come true to individuals and families of owning their own homes. With a Mortgage that fits their financial situation. Freedom Mortgage offers a variety of products. I am also in the process of developing my Mobile Notary Service in the Pasco – Pinellas – Hillsborough area. I have an extensive background in the Real Estate Industry and understand the application of the notarial process to complex mortgage documents. The highlights; of my recent experience includes: • 1998 – Working with Mortgage Retrieval Company as a national research assistant • - 2003 Served as an assistant to a closer for a title company • 2003 – 2007 Worked as an assistant for active real estate sales executive • 2005 – 2008 Started in the Mortgage Industry as a loan officer; then got my Mortgage Brokers License and served as a mortgage broker. • 2009-2010 as a documentation assistant with a courtesy closing company in the Pasco area. In the summer of 2010, I started a Mobile Notary business in the Pasco – Pinellas – Hillsborough counties. With my extensive experience and understanding of all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate mortgage documentation I can perform Professional Mobile Notary Service for your clients that are unable to make it to the closing table.
