I hold a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Organisational Leadership, Diploma of Executive Coaching and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training, My leadership philosophy and practice is founded upon strong corporate governance and strategic frameworks that create an enjoyable, challenging and rewarding workplace.As an accredited consultant with the Institute of Balanced Scorecard Australia, I am passionate about translating strategic vision into concrete goals and actions that are both manageable and measurable.
