About Brendan Carpenter

Not only do I love performing daily tasks at my day to day job, I am very passionate about engaging and promoting daily content while writing on several social media channels. I also love to produce content for several marketing campaigns for various brands and ambassador roles I currently fill. I am very passionate about fitness and health promotion which most of the daily content and social media writing is about. I am a graduate of Fleming College of Peterborough, Ontario where I currently reside but am open and willing to travel. I am experienced in my current role but would love to branch out. One of the reasons I am where I am was because of comfort. Most of my life I was a bigger man and with that came a fear. Two life changing incidents made me realize that we can’t fail if we don’t try and that you don’t grow by being comfortable. I parlayed these moments into greatest accomplishment. My greatest accomplishment is losing over 160lb naturally turned major marathon runner. It was during a 2 year plateau of not losing any weight where I found my passion of running and fitness. I used that plateau to now become very involved in not only the local running community but the online running/fitness industry. I started to share my journey of how I got to where I am through Instagram/Tikok and have cultivated a following of over people in the process. One of the reasons I’m fond of sharing the highs and lows of my journey is you never know what your words or actions can do for someone. It is why I am super passionate about inspiring, motivating and helping others in succeed on their weight loss, running or life journey. My goal is to inspire, create and motivate!
