I have managed the supply chain function within the public, hard rock and coal mining, and oil and gas sectors. I have a proven history of achievement in assisting my employer to achieve, or surpass, cost and operational objectives. My philosophy is to have continuously improving safe processes and ensuring that innovation and technology are always considered. I am experienced in supplier selection and management, as well as contract and contractor management, having developed innovative approaches to assist the procurement teams, operational managers, and the client, to achieve excellent results. I am a highly skilled communicator and negotiator including the development of policy and guidelines, training and presentation materials to all types of audiences. This has assisted me to become a respected leader and mentor of personnel within the purchasing, warehousing, inventory management and logistics functions.
