Williams Distributing, a leading distributor of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical products, hired me as a credit analyst in Oct 2023. In this role, I analyze the creditworthiness and financial performance of our customers and vendors, using various tools and methods, such as financial ratios, cash flow analysis, and industry benchmarks. I recommend appropriate credit limits and terms, and monitor and report on their payment behavior and compliance with the credit policies and procedures. During my studies, I developed a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and business law. I also gained valuable work experience as a customer service representative and a customer experience lead at Lumbermen's Inc, a regional building materials supplier, from May 2022 to Oct 2023. There, I handled order entry, pricing, billing, and customer inquiries, and learned how to communicate effectively, solve problems, and deliver excellent service to a diverse range of clients. I am motivated by challenges, eager to learn, and passionate about finance and accounting.
