Currently Working as Manager for Instructor Led Training in Salesforce, our team of experienced instructors drive Adoption, reduce attrition and build the confidence and ambitions of Salesforce customers As a Solution Engineer I worked closely Ignyto's sales delivery, marketing and leadership teams, I helped businesses build confidence in, curiosity about and think creatively with the Salesforce Platform. During my seven+ years within the Salesforce ecosystem, I worked across sales, success, marketing and talent development. As Training and Development Manager, I worked with Sercante's delivery, marketing and leadership teams to support all internal and external training, learning and development initiatives. Starting in a Success role at Salesforce, I focused on enabling customers, service, sales and success teams to be wildly successful with Salesforce and Pardot. I then moved to manage a team of 15 early-in-career success graduates. Moving to pre-sales, I then became a Pardot Account Executive, collaborating and Co-Selling with core Account Executives within UKI Financial & Business Services Vertical.
