About Brendan Lee

I’m a healthcare operations leader with experience managing clinics, services, and teams across large enterprise, start-up, and scale-up environments. My experience spans across in-person and telehealth service models, private and public settings, multidisciplinary team leadership, and multi-site operations across diverse healthcare sectors. I began my healthcare career in rehabilitation support services, developing a strong understanding of patient care and indications. I then progressed into operational leadership roles in the workplace wellbeing and mental health, overseeing national programs, workforce planning, crisis response, large-scale project delivery, and customer relations. My experience expanded further into alternative therapies and multidisciplinary models, where I managed clinic's operations end-to-end increasing access to general, allied and specialist care, pharmaceutical therapies and pharmacy services - driving compliance, workforce recruitment, medical accreditation for un-approved goods and frameworks to aligning with safe practices, business development and improved patient outcomes. ​My experince in operations has given me the ability to drive business growth while supporting teams to achieve positive patient outcomes. My focus is on creating and managing robust systems, teams, and processes that achieve operational excellence - achieving goals through strategic partnerships with a wide range of industry bodies, from pharmaceutical companies to government agencies.
