One of my top skills is communication which has garnered me the nickname of "Director of Aligning Expectations" within my department. Over the past three years, I trained, coached, and managed 16 employees and their over 200 projects, accounting for over 1.6 million dollars annually in services. I collaborated with the 5 other Lead Business Systems Analysts to define the objectives and skills of our department's 100+ employees growing the department 20% and increasing revenues by 50%. I onboarded over 15 consulting firms that have grown to bring in over users collectively. With the workforce becoming increasingly complex with the landscape shift of hybrid/remote work and AI tools within the office, employers need people who can communicate effectively and implement new technology as it comes. I grew my team's size by over 25% and increased our recurring revenues by 50% in my previous roles. Outside of work, I am an avid athlete, playing ultimate frisbee competitively and running marathons, which have taught me the importance of developing an important team culture and setting sustainable goals over short-term satisfaction. I am also an avid traveler, visiting Spain, Japan, France, Belgium, England, Australia, and Canada in search of cultural customs. and also some tasty food.
