About Brendan McMahon

Brendan holds a degree in Construction Management, qualifications in Architecture and a Masters in Applied Law, majoring in construction law. His career spans 30 years, working in both architectural practices and construction firms before moving across to client-side project management. His diversity of experience over this time includes the successful undertaking of design and documentation management, contracts administration, procurement, estimating, cost-planning, project management and superintendent roles. His experience extends over commercial, industrial, retail and community projects within the private sector and into both State for Queensland Health and Education Sectors as well as Federal, working in the Defence infrastructure space. Brendan has a high level of experience in the management of consultants and contractors as well as providing client and multiple stakeholder guidance from the property selection process, through design management, contracts administration including the coordination and review of tri-partite agreements for the construction delivery of complex projects.
