2020-21 =The Chef Explorer 'Road Show!' I am now Available for Hire for Events, Cooking Classes and Book Talks for Adults in the community, and School Master Classes, Shopping Centres and local Tourism Foodie Events. ALWAYS linking in with LOCAL Food, Culture, Eco-Tourism and Communities. As I travel I am compiling my next Book in a Chef Explorer Series called 'A Taste of WA'. And I would love to have you and your area included in it as I focus on your area! My main occupation is as a fully qualified Teacher and Chef, teaching the fine arts of cookery (A Taste of the World) but linking in as a long term Traveller, at a variety of venues around Perth. But I am also an Author and Travel guide helping people to learn about real food and culture, how to cook International dishes, support local suppliers, respect others, culture, the environment and work with like minded people to help the community. Children's Cooking classes became my biggest success from 2017-2019! I love giving kids the chance to prepare and eat REAL food! I also am for hire to work cooking Chef Explorer Menues in Remote areas like the Kimberley, where I worked for 3 months in 2018. I also have a You Tube channel for cooking videos.
