As the founder and group lead of The Pierce Group at Keller Williams Shore Properties, I lead a team of dedicated and experienced real estate professionals who serve the Jersey Shore. I have been a full-time real estate broker/agent for over 20 years,and I have earned multiple awards and recognitions from the NJ Realtors Association, including a lifetime membership in the Distinguished Sales Club and a ranking in the top 1% of Realtors in NJ. I specialize in luxury home sales and development/investments, and I have successfully closed hundreds of real estate transactions, ranging from one-bedroom condos to flagship hotels. I have extensive experience in selling commercial property, including hotels, restaurants, multi-family, and shovel ready parcels, and I am well versed in all aspects of real estate investing and financing. I also offer my clients a local view of the Jersey Shore market, thanks to my 25 years of residency in Seaside Park. My mission is to provide exceptional service, value, and results to my clients, and to mentor and empower my team members.
