About Brendan Schoen

Manager and analyst with over 15 years of experience managing operational support services. Primarily involved in the analysis of data for security solutions and supply chain applications. I utilize project data to create reports intended for historical review, current analysis, and trending predictions. Reports range from high-level overviews and presentations to deep analytics.I create analytical and trending reports for various projects - for both internal and external consumption. These reports are mostly involved with operational statistics, but can also include budget storyboards, trending estimates, and operational recommendations. In order to create these reports, I use various platforms to create engaging, easily understood presentations. I cover just about anything from detailed analysis to high-level executive summaries via graphic slide presentations. My role has involved just about every facet of operational management: staff supervision, daily customer contact, regular activity reporting, performance evaluation, the creation of operational manuals, and staff onboarding/training.
