Currently I’m Head of Retail, fully responsible for the Retail Division (Food, Funeral, Travel, Petrol Filling Stations, Post Offices and Stone Masonry), its £multi-million t/o and headcount. I’ve delivered consistent YoY improvements in profitability, while achieving strong customer / member satisfaction NPS scores, strengthening the competitive advantage of the business and driving industry leading operational standards. As part of my role, I’ve been at the forefront of major transformation programmes and strategic growth opportunities. I am well-accustomed to operating at c-suite level with accompanying accountability and influence. My ability to foster efficiencies while prioritising the customer experience is a major personal strength.
