About Brendan Webb

I'm a business, strategic oversight, operations, education and projects professional with over 13 years experience in a variety of roles and teams. I have helped create and facilitate national scale systems change, co-developed best practice policy and procedures in high risk averse and compliance demanding roles as well as pioneered operational and project rollouts at a local level. I have planned, organised and facilitated multi-location and multi-day events with over 100 participants in attendance in a range of settings and countries. Some examples include- 2021 East African Immersion Experience. I volunteered as a teacher in the slums of Kibera in Nairobi and at a school for the disabled in Arusha in Tanzania - 2023 Firecarriers Conference in Auckland, New Zealand. I co-led a multi-day conference designed to inspire, empower and upskill those in attendance - 2024 United Nations NGO Internship at Geneva. I engaged and worked alongside colleagues from all walks of life as we explored the inner workings and procedures of the UN.
