About Brenden Jesse

A recent graduate from Edwards School of Business, I accelerated my education and completed my Bachelors of Commerce in three years. Majoring in management and minored in marketing. I have worked in various industries, in multiple positions and have an avid need to excel and grow. I continue to take courses and positions that push my boundaries as a business professional and leader. Participated in multiple sports teams and groups during my education and strongly believe in a cohesive work environment. Fostering a collaborative culture through team building & creative peer to peer excercises. I focus on being a safety champion at my workplace and using consequence leadership as a framework. I strive to drive positive change and culture. Operations management has developed into a passion that requires constant problem solving and attention to detail that has been engaging and demanding. Continuously asking for feedback, I remain focused on my development while creating a positive environment for my coworkers and employees.
