Patient Monitoring: Skilled at observing and reporting changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff, contributing to comprehensive care plans. Medical Equipment: Competent in operating and maintaining medical equipment, such as Hoyer Lift, Sara Steady, Walker, Cane, Gait belt, Oxygen tank, CPAP, BiPap, etc… Infection Control: Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Patient Interaction: Interpersonal skills shine through in providing emotional support, listening attentively to patients’ concerns, and communicating effectively with both patients and their families.
