I'm known for my collaborative leadership style, creative problem-solving skills, approachable demeanour, and ability to identify/mitigate risk in fast-moving environments, all while thriving in a high level of ambiguity. I’m a passionate storyteller that loves to motivate my team and those around me in order to move the needle forward on building for the long term. Much of my current influence is the result of building deep and meaningful relationships, all while welcoming difficult conversations to work through and resolve conflict and differences in perspective. In my free time, you can find me streaming on Twitch (which oddly enough helps when it comes to public speaking endeavours), or partaking in political conversations and current events. I also love to work in my garden, binge-watch a good series with my wife, and go on hiking adventures with our two dogs!
