About Brenna Dishon

Phenomenal work ethic, eager to learn, and easy to train. My goals are to grow within an industry, learning as much as I can along the way. Crescent Bank and Trust - as a Funding Analyst at CBT, I had responsibilities for customer service, dealer relationships, and document analyst. I was responsible for reviewing & verifying contracts received from auto dealerships. I also verified the employment, income, ID, and other required items for all applicants. Often reaching out to applicants directly for verifications and/or required documentation. I also communicated needs to the dealership to ensure for the most efficient funding process. Additionally I maintained communications to the credit and sales departments to ensure complete understanding of department requirements. VA Lending Group - I filled multiple rolls within VA Lending Group. I started as a representative answering in bound calls. During these calls I would obtain customer information to determine VA Refinance eligibility. Within 3 weeks I was promoted to loan specialist, where I became responsible for handling and filing all documenation including contracts, insurance policies, identification, notes, etc. I was later promoted to processor, which included some of my loan specialist responsibilities plus calculating new contract figures and communication with the title companies and mortgagee companies to coordinate closings. IHOP - I was a hostess/ cashier/ server at IHOP for 11 years. These positions taught me a lot about customer service, problem solving, efficiency, and work ethic. I apply all of these important skills learned in my daily tasks within the corporate setting.
