I strive to build a strategic and engaged approach to designing and improving health services. I work with Executives, Clinical leaders Administrators and frontline teams to design collaborative, hospital strategies and operational programs to improve the delivery of safe, high quality care that is accessible. I am passionate about supporting the governing board through to frontline teams and our patients to build a vision and ensure that each is engaged and enabled to succeed. I thrive working in complex environments, collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to envision and build a clear future state. I strive to building team dynamics with trust, accountability, and engagement. I believe in the benefits of building internal leadership capabilities to build sustainable ways of working that enable performance and an engaged culture to achieve team and organisational goals. I believe that organisations improve when we connect organisational strategy and frontline teams in a real, relatable and tangible way. I am a values based professional, where I work with integrity, authenticity and connection. Education and continuous learning are integral to my agile and lateral thinking, where I am always hungry to learn and apply new ways of working.
