This role refined my ability to manage resources efficiently, align team efforts with organizational goals, and maintain high-quality standards. Working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and film departments, each with unique timelines and client needs, enhanced my ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with various teams. My focus on optimizing workflows and enhancing collaboration led to significant improvements in team efficiency and scalability. Building strong client relationships was central to my role. By leveraging tools like Asana and Google Workspace, I built standards for consistent and effective client communication, streamlined workflows, and balanced competing project priorities. My strategic thinking and problem-solving skills ensured that projects met their goals and delivered significant value to the client. This focus on operational excellence is rooted in my diverse background. My journey began in education, where I developed key skills in communication, team development, and strategic planning. These foundational skills proved invaluable as I transitioned to a leadership role as Assistant Manager at Ebb + Flow Coffee Co. There, I managed a team of 12-15, implemented strategies to enhance team performance, and oversaw daily operations, which deepened my managerial skills and ability to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
