Some people walk the same road all their life, some others get lost and find something amazing. Creative writing, storytelling, ideating, team building - somewhere the dots connected. One line lead to another and Leading Lines was started. • At Sharekhan Ltd. and British Airways – I learnt to listen to the customers’ voice and work on measures that ensure their satisfaction. • At Nykaa.com - Being one of the first eight members of a fast growing startup, exposed me to varied people and ideas. I learnt to work with limited resources and still deliver the best. I played an important role in setting up the customer service department, managed cataloging content and engaged in other digital roles. It was there that the startup dream was born. • At SCM Sophia- I completed my post-graduation in Social Communications Media, specializing in Film and Television. I was awarded the best scripting and editing for Mishri, a film that explored relationship of people with special needs with their parents. • At Fremantle Media- I went on to assist the creative team and managed the social media page of one of their shows. • At Dark Horse Media – I handled digital marketing and content. • At Leading Lines - I play an important role in digital marketing, content creation and business development among other things.
