About Brenna Rowe

As a Program Development and Maintenance Manager at Auxilium Health, I leverage my 5+ years of experience in the specialty drug industry to create, launch, and maintain Patient Support Programs (PSPs) that optimize patient access to therapy. I have a strong background in client services, private and public insurance, specialty pharmacy (ophthalmology), and drug distribution (cold chain), as well as a BA from Trent University. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service to my pharmaceutical manufacturing partners, as well as to the patients and physicians enrolled in the PSPs. I monitor and communicate the performance of the PSPs, implement creative solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. I also develop and train my team on the policies, procedures, and compliance of the PSPs. My goal is to deliver high-quality programs that exceed the expectations and needs of all stakeholders, with particular consideration for the wellbeing of patients.
