As a Business Analyst at Public Consulting Group, I apply my B.S. in Mathematics and my analytical skills to solve complex problems for state government agencies. I research and develop efficient technological data analytics processes, design and implement strategic solutions for maximizing revenue to fund public assistance programs, and assist with the deployment and adoption of proprietary SaaS product solutions. I also consult clients on best practice health care cost allocation planning and adherence to federal regulations.In my previous roles at Public Consulting Group, I gained valuable experience in issue management, compliance, payroll operations, and financial reporting. I used customer relationship management (CRM) software to process escalated payroll requests, research and resolve CRM support cases, and contribute to team efforts to improve customer satisfaction. I also produced quarterly and yearly financial reports, created Excel macros to enhance and accelerate department processes, and processed union dues and worker’s compensation reporting. I am motivated by the opportunity to use my data analytics and consulting skills to support public sector clients and help them achieve their goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, thanks to my background in mathematics and my interest in health care.
